These short, intensive courses promote the mastery of physical defense skills without the need to commit early to long-term programs, dojos or belt systems. Labs help build the foundational skills that will take you wherever you choose to go with your training.
Safety Labs meet twice a week over a 6-week period. Each series teaches and drills an essential physical skill set, for example: Hand/elbow strikes, kicks, escapes and ground work. We focus on technique, repetition, and performance under stress - all led by a skilled instructor.
