Baseline Safety labs

Whether you are a seasoned martial artist, or just "safety curious," you will build skill, muscle memory, and confidence with Safety Labs. These short, intensive courses promote the mastery of physical defense skills without the need to commit early to long-term programs, dojos or belt systems. Labs help build the foundational skills that will take you wherever you choose to go with your training.


Safety Labs meet twice a week over a 6-week period. Each series teaches and drills an essential physical skill set, for example: Hand/elbow strikes, kicks, escapes and ground work. We focus on technique, repetition, and performance under stress - all led by a skilled instructor.
